What it does
A Composer-installable Laravel package that runs on app boot via a ServiceProvider: it SHA-256 hash-checks a configured file path against an expected hash, POSTs a tamper alert webhook if mismatched, and unconditionally sends server metadata (domain, IP, PHP/Laravel version, git commit hash) to a monitoring endpoint.
